All you Need to Know on the ERASMUS+ 2020 Call

December 2, 2019

Hello Erasmus+ Community! It's time to get ideas, find partners and write, WRITE, WRITE!

In this article, we will give you all the information you need to know to proceed with the PROJECT MANAGEMENT, so follow every step.

THE GUIDE

It's of utmost importance to read the new guide published by the EU Commission on the Erasmus+ 2020 Call. Here you can download the document: https://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/sites/erasmusplus2/files/erasmus-plus-programme-guide-2020_en.pdf

If you would like to access the guide in YOUR OWN LANGUAGE, you can follow this link https://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/resources/programme-guide_en and click on your language. Remember that "In the case of conflicting meanings between language versions, the English version prevails."

COME UP WITH A PROJECT IDEA

We had already written previous articles on this, so here is is the link to go back to that: HOW TO COME UP WITH A WINNING PROJECT IDEA

FIND PARTNERS

Finding partners has become easier thanks to many dedicated platforms as well as social media networks. Here are some articles we had written in the past regarding this matter:

  1. What's Up2Europe and how can you use it for EU Partnership Finding?

  2. TOP 9 LinkedIn Groups to find Erasmus+ Partners!

  3. TOP 5 Facebook Groups to Find your Erasmus+ Partners

We can help in finding partners, too! Are you looking for quality HOSTING ORGANIZATIONS that can manage your students' internships as well as job shadowing experiences and KA1 training courses for teachers and staff?

ERASMUSNET

is what you are looking for. We are located in Italy, Malta, Germany, Spain and Belgium!

APPLICATION MODULES

Here is where you could find all the application modules ---> https://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/resources/documents/applicants_en

DISTANCE CALCULATOR

To calculate the distance between you and your hosting partner (www.erasmusnet.org) you can use an instrument put in place by the EU Commission called "DISTANCE CALCULATOR" which you could find following this link ---> https://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/resources/distance-calculator_en

STILL DON'T HAVE A PIC NUMBER?

Remember that you have to register to be able to participate to an Erasmus+ project both as promoter and partner! Follow the link to learn how to do that: https://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/resources/registration-organisations_en

Once the PIC NUMBER has been created, it is possible to access to the FUNDING & TENDERS PORTAL from where to complete the ONLINE APPLICATION FORMS! The forms where once .pdf with validation methodology, now they are all digital and can be only completed, saved and finally sent through the FUNDING & TENDERS PORTAL log in system.

LANGUAGE LEARNING WITH OLS

To support your participants for the language learning related to your project, you can see if you can apply for OLS. Read this article that we had written about it: WHAT'S OLS?

We remind you that the guide is the only document that could drive you through all the aspects of your project planning and managament. However, in case you need support, here is the link to contact who can help you

---> https://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/contact_en

If you are looking for other ideas and tips on how to write Erasmus+ projects, you can find more useful articles on our BLOG! We also remind you that ERASMUSNET is here to support you as network of hosting companies.
