TOP 7 QUESTIONS YOU SHOULD ASK YOURSELF TO WRITE YOUR PROJECT DESCRIPTION WITHOUT MISSING ANYTHING

  1. What is your problem: PROBLEM TREE?

  2. What would you like to do about it: ACTIVITIES?

  3. In order to achieve what: OBJECTIVES?

  4. Why is the Erasmus+ programme the best way to achieve the aforementioned results?

  5. How are those OBJECTIVES you mentioned related to the OBJECTIVES of the Erasmus+ programme? And of this specific Key Action?

  6. How did you (your organization, group) established those NEEDS and OBJECTIVES? Ex. research, meetings, ....

  7. At this point, you should refer to section D, DEVELOPMENT PLAN (See: HOW TO WRITE A GREAT DEVELOPMENT PLAN: TIP #2) in order to explain how the objectives of the project

    • clearly seek to address the needs you established and

    • are relevant to the individual participants and organizations (dev. plan)

    • don’t forget to explain the international dimension of the activities that you are planning in order to achieve an amelioration of your institution from an organizational standpoint.
